We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 shipped within the continental Unites States.
We know receiving your order in a timely manner is important. We strive to make sure your order is processed quickly and the items are shipped in a timely manner. We give a general expectation of 2 business days for your items to be processed and shipped out. However, we do have a few products that are made to order and more custom in nature, such as our collection of wooden rings, which have a 6-8 week turnaround time. Shipping is currently available on our store platform for shipping in the United States and International shipping for most products. If you have a question about international shipping, please email us your mailing address and product you're wanting to buy to firstname.lastname@example.org.
International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
These additional fees are not included in the cost of shipping, and we are not able to provide estimates of what this amount may be for a specific order or item.

Once an item’s tracking number says “Accepted” by USPS we can not be liable for Non-Delivery/Theft/Ect.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
