How quickly do your products ship out? Our standard processing time is 24-48 hours. For personalized or custom products, processing times are indicated on the product description. 

What is your return policy? We offer FREE 30 day returns on our products. Products must be in a new and original condition. *Returns are not available for any personalized items.

Where are you located? We are a USA based company that is headquartered in St. Augustine, FL 

What is the best way to contact you? For customer service related concerns, email us at support@thevintagegentlemen.com or reach us on our chat. Our chat is monitored during business hours of 9am-5pm EST. Mon-Fri. We strive to respond to all emails within 24 hours, except for weekends. On occasion we go through periods of high volume where a 48 hour response time on email is needed.

Where are your products made? The majority of our products are made in the USA. For certain speciality items we do source from other artisans in Europe and Asia. Quality and consistency is important to us. 

What if my ring is not the right size? We offer one FREE resizing or exchange on all ring purchases. Reach out to us at support@thevintagegentlemen.com and we will send a return shipping label

What if you don't carry my size ring? We can accept custom orders. These custom order have a 30-45 day production timeframe. For any requests, please email us support@thevintagegentlemen.com
