    How quickly do your products ship out? Our standard processing time is 24-48 hours. For personalized or custom products, processing times are indicated on the product description. 

    What is your return policy? We offer FREE 30 day returns on our products. Products must be in a new and original condition. *Returns are not available for any personalized items.

    Where are your products made? The majority of our products are made in the USA. For certain speciality items we do source from other artisans in Europe and Asia. Quality and consistency is important to us. 

    What if my ring is not the right size? We offer one FREE resizing or exchange on all ring purchases. Reach out to us at and we will send a return shipping label
