What If My Ring Doesn't Fit?
We know that you may not get that perfect size with the first ring. That's why we offer an easy to use exchange portal that makes sending back your old ring and selecting your new ring size a breeze!
Can You Engrave The Ring?
All of our metal rings can be engraved. We currently do not engrave in-house, but many of our customers will purchase our ring and take it to a local jewelry or trophy shop to have it engraved for an affordable price.
What If The Ring Is A Gift/Surprise?
We know that many of our customers purchase our rings as a gift or surprise. That's why we offer a generous exchange/return policy for 30 days after Christmas, birthday, wedding, anniversary, etc. This will allow you to buy in advance and have plenty of time after gifting the ring to exchange it for a new size or return it. We also know that you may not know the correct ring size, which is why we recommend buying the most common ring size (10) and also adding one of our "plastic ring sizers" to cart as well. This will allow you to gift a ring, and also get the right size upon gifting to come back and exchange for a new size.
